Kaite is the ghost of a beautiful opera singer who died mid-performance in the very theatre she now haunts. Styled as a fallen, Dietrich-inspired icon, she exists in limbo, still singing out to an audience long gone. Her look pairs old-Hollywood glamour with a spectral, faded quality, so beauty and tragedy share the same frame.

The theatre’s own folklore became part of the creative direction: new cast members warn each other about her, and after every show she must be thanked, or something awful may follow. Treating that local superstition as a living ritual lets the character, costume and atmosphere work together as one world.
